Our picnics cater maximum of 10 at this time.

We are currently hosting picnics at; Papago park- TEMPE AZ, Veterans Oasis park - CHANDLER AZ, Encanto park - PHX AZ, Granada park - PHX AZ.

 We offer a convenient online payment process for booking your picnic. Once you have scheduled your date and time, you will receive a confirmation email.

A payment link will follow via text or email within 24–48 hours to secure your booking. If you do not receive this link within that timeframe, please contact us.

We offer at home picnic bookings for your convenience. However, to ensure the location is suitable for setup, we require photos of the space before confirming your booking. We know the Arizona heat can be a lot so we can also accommodate indoor picnics. If you have any questions about location requirements, feel free to reach out! 

Unplug Picnics will try to accommodate requests for picnics at locations not listed but cannot guarantee.  Additional fees based on location and/or distance may be applicable.  Please reach out to us by using the Contact Us section on our website. 

 Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring whatever you'd like to your picnic. Unplug Picnics is not liable for any possession of alcohol. What you bring to your picnic is up to your discretion and we are not responsible for any consequences. 

Unfortunately, we cannot pick up and deliver any food to your picnic.

 If you wish to leave before your booking time ends, please give us at least 30 minutes notice via call or text. Please do not leave your picnic unattended. You are responsible for our inventory until we arrive.

 No, once you arrive, we leave to let you enjoy your picnic with your guests.  If you need us at any point during your picnic don't hesitate to contact us.  

 Every picnic includes picnic tables, a pillow seat for each person  rugs, a decorated tablescape, cups, plates, linens, water, and a Bluetooth speaker. Picnic sessions are 2 hours. We set up and clean up the entire thing. We do offer sling chairs as shown. Please request chairs upon booking.  We do not offer any refunds for cancellations. We understand life happens and we will happily reschedule your picnic at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours no rescheduling will take place.  

To ensure the highest quality experience, picnics must be booked at least five days in advance. This timeframe allows us to curate each detail from fresh florals to clean luxe linens so that everything is pristine and perfectly prepared for your picnic experience.

 We will reschedule your picnic at no charge due to rain or inclement weather at the sole discretion of Unplug Picnics.  We will honor rebooking's for up to eight months after your original booking date. Alternatively, we can move your picnic indoors at the discretion of Unplug Picnics.
